to arrange your office visits to fit your schedule. For routine dental
services, cleanings, or to set a time for consultation for
reconstructive or cosmetic dentistry, please use this form to request
an appointment, or give us a call at 630-357-2332.
Office Hours: Mondays from 10am. to 6pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00am to 7:00pm, Thursdays from 10:00am to 7:00pm, Fridays from 10:00am to 4:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Please note the office is closed on Sunday. Emergencies: Because we care about our patients, our doctor is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During business hours, please call 630-357-3515. Family Dental Care accepts most insurances except HMOS and some others.
We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept
checks, cash or Visa and Master cards, and Care Credit no interest
financing for qualified patients.
